POLICY
1. RESERVATION POLICY
To ensure service quality, please kindly note the following regulations when making a reservation:
- Please make your reservation at least 12 hours in advance so the restaurant can best prepare seating arrangements and requested services.
- After completing your reservation via the website or branch hotline, you will receive a confirmation via email or Zalo.
- In case you need to change your reservation details, please contact the hotline of the branch where you made the reservation at least 1 hour in advance for assistance.
- TOHOKU will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time. If you arrive later without prior notice, the restaurant regrets that the reservation will be automatically canceled to serve the next guests.
- For private parties, special menus, or pre-ordered dishes, please contact the branch directly for detailed consultation.
- Time slots that do not appear in the reservation section on the website mean the restaurant is no longer accepting reservations for those time slots.
- Private room surcharge at the Hai Phong branch is 500,000 VND per room.
2. ORDERING POLICY
- The restaurant only accepts delivery orders with a minimum value of 300,000 VND. Orders from 1,000,000 VND are eligible for free delivery within a 10km radius.
- Please proactively contact the branch hotline if there are any changes to your order information.
- The restaurant only accepts delivery and takeaway orders during operating hours.
- Please carefully check the dish details and quantities before confirming, as orders that have been sent to the kitchen cannot be canceled or modified.
3. CANCELLATION & RESERVATION MODIFICATION POLICY
- You may cancel or modify your reservation at least 1 hour in advance so that TOHOKU can arrange the best possible service.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation to ensure the experience of other guests.
- If a deposit has been made or payment has been completed in advance, cancellations made after the stipulated time limit will unfortunately not be refunded.
- TOHOKU always strives to flexibly support adjustments to dining times within our capacity, with appreciation and understanding.
4. PAYMENT & PRIVACY POLICY
- TOHOKU accepts payments via domestic cards, international cards (Visa/MasterCard), and secure electronic payment gateways.
- All transactions are encrypted and protected by an SSL security system, ensuring absolute safety for your information.
- Personal information (name, phone number, email, reservation history, etc.) is securely stored and used solely for confirmation, reservation support, and customer care purposes.
- TOHOKU commits not to share or disclose personal information to any third party in any form, unless required by competent authorities in accordance with the law.
